#149 Photons still can leak across rotated spline boundary

I'm not sure if this is because the spline calculation fails or if the the spline segement is discarded due to a double interaction. It could also be a issue with epsilon at the intersection point causing it to miscompute which side of the boundary its on. This problem may also apply to other types of objects.
This is easily observed with a rotated tunnel-like object where the inside surface is curved with a shiny metal material. Photons often don't reflect off the inner surface.
