#1 Not reading XML file

I've tried 1.3 and 1.4 on my OSX platform, and non of
the form fields i've defined in the XML document
(jobo.xml) are being read.

The site I'm working on is completely behind the login.
Is there anything I'm not doing or doing wrong that's
making Jobo ingnore the xml file?

BTW: I'm using the 'sh jobo.sh' to launch.
