#11 Log In to a forum via Login page.

The attached "project" allows JoBO to just log in to a
forum. Note that most forums do not use HTML error
codes, but instead redirect users to a login page, or
an error page.

Feel free to modify, enhance, or incoporate as you deem
fit. The attached software is donated to the public
domain. I had started on a project, but then was
reassinged once this part was done.
