[Jnumerical-general] How to get access to the CVS jNumeric?

Hi, 

I am very interested in jNumeric and would like to add some digital signal
processing computation abilities to it. However, when I downloaed the CVS
jNumeric according the instructions on the website, it seems to me that it is
not the stuff I want. Can any one tell me how to download the correct files?

BTW, is there any one still developing jNumeric?
