#1 notes independent from calendar

Under jNotes, everything seems to revolve around the
calendar (notes, events, to do). However, I'll like to
see also notes that are independent of the calendar,
i.e. jotting down phone numbers, etc.
Same with To Do, they only show for the day they were
created. For unfinished tasks, I always have to go back
to the day of origination.
