#3 Allow associating file extensions in .jnlp file

This is another thing Sun's Webstart doesn't do that should be that hard to do. I added a bunch of
info to Sun's RFE to tell them how to do it (associate file extensions w/ your launcher and then your
launcher can figure out which JNLP app to pass the actual file to) but they haven't implemented it
