#45 DblCli and label pos

Hello, thanks for this apps, really nice job. Easy to use, do the job.
Some things for me:
1. When openning a map, the map is not entirely visible, need to move to fix view.
2. A doubleclic on item to edit propeties will be a good option
3. On each item, give possiblity to change poition of label. N/S/W/E
