It should be great to have the capability to add custom server with default "ping" action.
For example, I add a Linux server with sshd, I want to select a type "Linux server" with a custom icon and the ping method set to "tcp port 22".
In device properties, selet the type "other", this will prompt you to select a custom icon from your file system. Then in the interface properties set the ping method to TCP and enter port 22. But as I said, you'd have to do this again when adding a second device. But as far as icons are concerned it should be possible to implement a global list of custom ones so you don't have to use the file browser every time...

Like a template? Because you can already do both of those things, but you'll have to re-apply the settings when you add a second device.
Thanks for your quick reply, yes like template. How can I create a new type of device ? for example "Linux server" with a custom icon ?
