#2 Data interpolation

I have another request. In TS Calculator you can add
option for data interpolation. This means that, for
example, you can transform monthly data frequences
into quartaly data frequences and viceversa quartaly
data frequences into monthly data frequences. This
feature is also frequently used when there are no avaibile
data for some time series. Example of this feature you
can find in Eviews but it will be nice to have this in
JMulTi !!!
