We adapt the Drupal CMS for sourceforge hosting.

The JMule project has a new staff now. JMule source code will be reorganized from scratch.

jMule made great improvements in past months and is proving the speed of todays java application. It fits all requirements to be a file sharing application for advanced users.
More in detail jMule supports fast file sharing configurable for use of network resources and files in local filesystem. Inculding a buildin search engine searching on whole network on need - very fast and efficient with low file sharing network resource usage. It is being able to resume downloads of large files, multi source download and multi sink upload with one file and this with multiple files simultaneous using existing file sharing networks.
We are glad if you contribute to the project by testing this version and giving hints for usefull features, improving its ui and test its platform independence with java 1.4.1 or higher for your favorite OS. And not to forget developers, doc writers and tester are welcome to jMule project.

We are proud to present a working version of an edonkey2000/emule client in java.
If you aren't fear of being a beta tester try it out.

jMule, an effort to bring the power of the eDonkey p2p protocol and the strenghts of eMule together in a cross-platform environment is now part of sourceforge.net. Within the following week a first snapshot of the code will be available in the CVS. Developers and website-designers are highly welcome.
