#70 JSIMwiz file loading fails

There is a problem loading JSIMwiz files, previously defined and saved using JSIMwiz. JSIMwiz responds "Unknown input file format" instead of loading. To define a reproducible setting: just save an empty definition.

Loading fails for .jsimw files as same as for manually renamed files to .jsim

The problem is for all file types. It is related to the special character in my name "Jürgen". Without possibility to change, some files are stored to C://Users/username/JMT during the installation. JMT seems to have problems to resolve that path. Creating a new (Windows) user account and reinstalling JMT fixed the problem for me. However, the JMT error report is still confusing.
