#145 SJF model returns incorrect Delay results

In this multiclass shortest job first model, the simulation seems unable to produce correct results at the Delay. With a different seed it instead works. It could just be a starvation issue of a class not arriving fast enough at the Delay and the JMT statistical analyzer aborting the measure for this reason.
