#2 Multiple user sessions

Allow the connection of multiple clients to an MSG server. The MA servers and endpoints it configures are only accessible to its identity. This identity must be established somewhere. it can be a string identifier, or a username/password pair. On the msg server the state is still volatile with the data being stored in separate dictionaries for each user.
