#12 Add button must be disabled when fields match selected item

When the fields match the selected item in the server list pressing the 'Add' or 'Connect' buttons puts the UI in an inconsistent state.
When pressing the add button the state of the previous server entry cant be controlled any more.
When pressing the connect button the control on the connection state is lost. The new entry in the list is another object with another window associated
