#555 Tsunami2 decoder definition file errors

Downloaded the new decoder def files for the Tsunami2 decoders and found a couple minor issues. The worst issue is in the sound levels pane for the steam decoder. There is no volume control for the bell. Only way to set bell volume is to use direct CV programming in the CV pane. interestingly it was included in the diesel version. In the function map pane it still says Econami instead of Tsunami2--not a big issue but should be cleaned up--Larry Puckett, Contributing Editor, Model Railroader Magazine
