#553 Layout Editor Memory Labels Move Only Left If Chosen Using Select Rectangle

Select an existing Memory Label in the Layout Editor with the right mouse button and you can move it around correctly. Now draw a rectangle around it using the left mouse button, and whether you use the keyboard arrow keys or the right mouse button, it only moves left. The system console sometimes shows 'Unexpected key code 37 in returnNewYPosition', or 39. If you have selected other controls in the rectangle, they move correctly.
