#546 Roster Groups Check marks in AllEntries

More of an oversitght than a bug!

JMRI 3.3.3 Java 1.8.0-66 .To show issue Settings>RosterGroupTableAssociation select AllEntries, put a scheck mark in a box. Close and restart DP.
Now there are Two roster groups maned AllEntries.

Maybe if the check box was disabled for AllEntries?
