#537 Decoder Roaster Entry - LNSV2 protocol not used until the roaster entry is saved and reopened

When creating a new Decoder Roaster Entry for a LNSV2 decoder, the LNSV2 protocol is not used until the roaster entry is saved and reopened.
What I did ("Programming On Main": used):
Pressed ""New Loco"
Selected "MGP Servo5" from decoder list
Entered a name and the address - pressed Save and "Open Comprehensive Programmer"
Selected "Basic" tab and pressed "Read full sheet"
Get "...error talking to command station..."
Close this window and reopens it from the Decoder Roaster lIst
Selected "Basic" tab and pressed "Read full sheet" and now it works.

This problem has previously been reported by email directly to Bob Jacobsen but it seems that my email connection to Bob has stopped working!?! Bob, could You send me a mail with some alternative way to reach You?

Problem found in 4.1.4 and previous versions.
