I am trying to create a turnouts table. I start by creating new entries to a turnouts table then storing the configuration and panels with the name turnouts.xml. This seems to work until I restart the program. The previously created table does not load. When I go to the turnouts table it is blank again. What am I doing wrong?

I was running JMRI on a laptop running Windows 8. It is being used with an NCE Powercab and NCE USB interface. The Win 8 machine worked reasonably well, could program on the main or program track with no problems. I recently decided to build a dedicated Windows mini tower running win 7 Premium Home edition with a touch screen monitor attached. The new machine will not communicate with any decoder even though it is set up exactly the same as the JMRI install on the win 8 machine. I am using driver...

Hi, I newly began to use JMRI for my layout. I have 22 turnouts in my layout and it is a little bit hard to control. I use a 8" Tablet for controlling the turnouts; but in 8" screen even if I use the whole screen and set the Turnout cicle size as 10, it is not big enough to control easily. Is there a way to increase the Turnout Circle Size to more than 10? 15 can be nice for example. I did my best to zoom, I arranged my layout drawing as feasible as possible. moved to github/jrmi/issues https://github.com/JMRI/JMRI/issues/3706 when trying to program a decoder (decoder type D&H DH22A9, JMRI connected to IB-Com), I get a lot of "ArrayIndexOutOfBounds" exceptions and cannot even read the data of the decoder - the UhlenbrockPacketizer seems to get messages which it cannot interpret because of wrong message lengths. (see output from messages.log below and the command line output using JMRI version is 4.7.5). Are there any known limitations with Uhlenbrock...

Ask on the JMRI User's Group at https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/jmriusers/info This warning has never stopped JMRI from running successfully before, so I doubt it is stopping JMRI from functioning now.

Oracle has indicated that warning is benign and will be fixed in Java 9. Ignore it.
