Use the console mode

java -jar jmpshcmd.jar console

A console view will appear. With "help" you will get all available connectors and commands. Enter the command here to test it before using it directly.

Use the command line mode

java -jar jmpshcmd.jar udpsend 192.168.0.0 5000 "this is a udp command"

Use stored configurations

All main commands and the installed connectors can be preconfigured by configuration files. For example: you can store the url to the ccu (parameter baseurl=http://myccu.home.net) in the config file homematic.cfg.

The command "options" (console) gives you access to configuration files (e.g. options homematic).
