handling prosigns, interesting.
Currently, jmorse just takes in a plain java String and encodes it character by character.
The default locale provides some "prosigns", based on:

http://home.alltel.net/johnshan/lists.txt

Which now returns a 404.

That was the closest I found, at the time, to something that specified ascii/unicode characters to represent some of the prosigns.
