Fixed the error manager and added a notification system trought email .

The principal corrections to the architecture are the migrating from simple files to .properties files ,managed from the Properties class, for the memorization of the options and the correction of a serious bug that makes hard the update of an invoice.

This is a very stable version .
The 1.0 is coming...

The last release of JMoney will be postdated
cause of a problem with the db engine..

JMoney will be ported to MySQL

Little improvements for this version..

The new release is pseudo-stable :)
however is a useable version ...
I've improved the new SQL architecture , now is more stable .
Soon i'll write a short documentation ..

This release adds new features such the Archive System that allows you to store old invoices
and restart the current invoices from a specified number . Note that this version needs more testing !

The release last Beta-a1 has not been passed
the test, jmoney will come back to the planning

Under clients requests , before complete the test for the first beta version , I decided to add some features (described in ChangeLog) and to upload a new beta version.
The test period will be restarted for here.
