Fantastic. The issue you see with the arrow is that if you have an atom selected, JSME reports a SMILES with a marker [..:1] for the selected atoms. This is (perhaps no longer) accepted by NCI/CADD. I have fixed that, but I see another issue that has to do with the "Enable Editing" option.
