[Jmol-developers] Integration of applet code

I have completed initial integration of the applet code with the
application. All classes from the miniJmol package have been removed except
for a few applet specific classes which have moved to the package
org.openscience.jmol.applet. This removes most of the duplication of code.
However, the code has not yet been cleaned of Java 2 code, and the applet
jar will currently contain unnecessary classes.
