Hi, Thank you. It is working. I have one more query which I couldn't find anywhere in the internet. Is it possible to *change the temperature (B-factor) factor value for some selected residues using JMOL commands.* For ex, select residue 15-20,25 and set b-factor=0.75 select all; set b-factor=0.25 Thank you On Mon, Apr 16, 2018 at 10:12 PM, Robert Hanson <ha...@st...> wrote: > I think it may not be documented: > > color property temperature "user=red blue yellow" > > add as many colors as you want; use hex rgb values: > > color property temperature "user=0xFF0000 0x0000FF 0xFFFF00" > > > > On Mon, Apr 16, 2018 at 4:59 PM, NAGARAJAN <nag...@gm...> > wrote: > >> Hi, >> >> I know the commands to color based on b-factor in Jmol (*color >> relativeTemperature* or *color fixedTemperature).* The colouring for >> this is from Blue (lowest) to Red (highest) >> >> Is it possible to change this scheme?
