Is there a color scheme for occupancies (like for temperature or B_factors)

that should read: http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/#colorscheme
In short, there is no "color occupancy" the way there is "color temperature"
but there is
color property occupancy
and you can create your own scheme:
color "myScheme=[x00FF00] [xFFFF00] [x00FF00] [x00FFFF] [x0000FF]"
color property occupancy "RGB"
color property occupancy "myscheme"
if you want a specific range of values to span the scheme, use the RANGE
color property occupancy "myscheme" range 0 0.5
Now any occupancy over 0.5 will be blue.
But there's no predefined scheme called "occupancy" the way there is

it is better to take what answer we get.
