I'm getting an error with load =1mms indicating: structure definition error indexStart:129 indexEnd:16 from the header: SHEET 1 A 3 ILE A 9 PRO A 14 0 SHEET 2 A 3 ILE A 53 VAL A 60 -1 N ILE A 58 O ILE A 9 SHEET 3 A 3 PHE A 66 ILE A 70 -1 N ILE A 69 O VAL A 57 SHEET 1 B 2 GLY A 98 THR A 101 0 SHEET 2 B 2 ILE A 137 VAL A 24 1 N GLU A 138 O GLY A 98 SHEET 1 C 2 GLY B 98 VAL B 100 0 SHEET 2 C 2 ILE B 137 VAL B 139 1 N GLU B 138 O GLY B 98 Is that just a PDB file error for that next-to-last SHEET? How can its "N-terminus" be [ILE]137 and then extend to [VAL]24? Does anyone know how these secondary structures are determined? Bob -- Robert M.
