Chris, you might ask on the Apple discussion boards; I find them generally = useful, especially with 'answerable' questions like this. for my part, I am running Keynote 1.1.1 and it does not support direct html= support. there is an option to import Powerpoint slides but I don't have = any to import :-). but I doubt this would work to import a Powerpoint slid= e that uses the LiveWeb macro/plug-in.
