Hi Bob, when I define a ScriptCallback function (Javascript), script error messages don't appear any more in the MessageCallback. But they also don't appear in the ScriptCallback (Jmol 14.18.1), only in the Java console. Q: How can I get script error messages if a scriptCallback is defined? Q: Are there any other undocumented side effects of setting a ScriptCallback which I just havn't noticed yet? Regards, Rolf |

sorry for the delay -- just spotted this. I certainly get script callbacks for errors even if message callbacks are going out as well. Checked this out using JSmol.htm and a few added lines. Both script compiling and script execution errors were trapped. |
