In case anyone's worried, the upload I did last night was a clean up of
all of the readers. I think the only new functionality I added is
multimodel support to V3000 and the capability to select specific models
for ADF and SDF files. - and bit more error checking for eof problems.
Other than that, nothing new; hopefully nothing broken. All the readers
pass the JUnitTests, which basically means the atoms are read. The code is
considerably cleaner, making more use of AtomSetCollectionReader
superclass fields (reader and line) and adding new methods readLine() and
readLineTrimmed() so that one doesn't have to refer to BufferedReader
reader over and over in the code. To me, at least, it looks much cleaner.
