It works in conjunction with 'slab', and uses a percentage value to define
a clipping plane coming from the back of the molecule.
The percentages start from the back. 0 represents none of the molecule.
100 represents all of the molecule.
slab defines a clipping plane at the front
depth defines a clipping plane at the rear
you must have depth <= slab, or everything is clipped and nothing is rendered
Here are some examples:
slab on; # must turn on slab before slab/depth will work
slab 50; depth 0; # show the back half of the molecule
slab 100; depth 50; # show the front half of the molecule
slab 75; depth 25; # show middle 50% of the molecule
slab 50; depth 50; # show a plane that is 1 pixel deep :-)
