I'm very interested in isosurface extraction and
triangulation in jmol. I have seen some demos on isosurfaces
in jmol, it was really impressive. Unfortunately, I have not
found API documentation of jmol within the jmol 10.2
package. Could you tell me how to get the javadoc of the
surface extraction algorithms in jmol?

Feel free to ask any questions you like. Miguel Howard implemented the
magic cubes algorithm for cube files; I added magic squares and a number
of other functionality, including JVXL read/write capability.
