We are trying to use navigation to fly into the pores of some Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) e.g. (development URL) and click "Fly to the centre of the pore” - works fine. Then uncheck and recheck the box - fails to fly again. The same things happens (or doesn’t) if the console is used to reissue the command.

I must be missing something because Bob’s old example http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/new8.htm number 83 repeats quite happily.

This is the code for the flight
Jmol.jmolCheckbox(jmolApplet0, "load model/williammodel/ZIF-8.cif {4 4 4}; showUnitCell = false; showAxes = false; moveto 0.0 { 815 -580 1 35.29}; save orientation; save state; navigate 5 center {9.906976432448346 13.823471890475567 24.04968948482521} / 5 rotate 180; set zslab 40; set zshade on; set echo top center; font echo 16 sansserif; color echo [xFF9900]; echo |click and drag to have a look around the pore", "restore orientation; restore state", "Fly to the centre of the pore")
Any suggestions would be welcome.
