#167 "reload" command and menu

I think it would be interesting for general users to have a command that reloads the current model. The popup menu has got it.
I propose to have a command 'reload', as an alias for load ""
and also to insert a "reload" entry in the topbar menu of the app (under 'File', between 'Recent files' and 'Export')

if reload is just load "", why not use load ""?

Just easier to understand and remember for users. Also, the menu option is easy to find out for anyone.

Done for the top menubar: now has File > Reload

what about "reload" being different from load "" -- re-invoking the full load command (unit cell, etc.) that was last given. This information is already being stored with the model for state purposes.

Not sure. I use load "" mostly for resetting the model.
I've realized that pdb file are automatically applied a script --cartoon only, etc., but I'm not sure if that's what we need --apart from the fact that I don't know how to do that :-)
Maybe we should ask the user-list
