#624 JSmol not compatible with cytoscape.js

Hi,
When i load both cytoscape and jsmol plugin in a single php page. i find cytoscape not working. Specifically , i am getting an 'undefined' error.
I also find some the recent version of jsmol throws few more errors associated with package.js
Can someone know any particular version of JSmol that goes well with cytoscape.js.

I searched the ticket and found lot of users are experiencing this issue. So it would be great if some one looks at it.
