#561 -full tarball contains two files in addtional directory

Hi, the 14.0.10 tarball contains an additional directory "jmol-14.0.10_2014.02.19" with two files ("jmol" and "jmol.sh") which appear to be identical to the ones in the main directory ("jmol-14.0.10").

This is causing trouble for packagers so this additional directoy should be ommitted for future releases.

PS: there is no v14 Milestone yet.
