jMobileCore v0.1.4 is released

jMobileCore toolkit v0.1.4 is released. This release includes following updates:

1. New classes DateField, IPv4Field, CurrencyField, PhoneNumberField, TimeField, BankCardField
2. New class ImageComponent
3. New classes CheckboxGroup, and Checkbox, existing class Checkbox is renamed to SimpleCheckbox
4. PlatformCanvas for Motorola V series (V300/500/600 and similar) was created
5. TextFieldComposer is public class, was inner class for TextField
6. New classes BufferedInputStream and BufferedOutputStream in package com.jmobilecore.comm
7. Some bug fixing

jMobileCore demo (jMCDemo) was updated as well.
