Java Mass JPEG Resizer Tool 0.9 released

The new Version 0.9 is out, with following changes.
- new Toolbar
- increase Performance with Multi threading also for Galleries
- Rotate Images
- Renew B&W and W&B Slideshow
- Preview of Web Galleries in Dialog
- Some Bugfixes
