#45 Automatic reconnect

Feature request for automatic reconnect.

If connection to server is lost, automatic reconnect
should retry (possibly in configurable time intervals).
The channel tabs should not be closed in this case (so
that chat scrollback is not lost).

This would enhance usability with flaky networks.
