#63 Query channel nick nicks bug

jmIRC 0.96 allows you to start a new query from the channel nick list but adds the tilde char (~ and possibly others like perhaps % for halfop) to the nick when selecting channel owners. It displays them with the tilde char fine but seems not to remove it when you start the query.
