#55 application not authorized to access the restricted API

I installed JavaFX then jmirc.
everything runs fine but when I try to connect it goes like this:
[10:10] *** connecting to irc.dal.net at port 6667
[10:10] *** Error trying to connect to IRC server, aborting...
Exception: Application not authorized to access the restricted API...

What should I do to fix this error ?
I am running jmirc 0.96 on javafx 1.2 on windows mobile 6.1 on an htc phone.
