The Java MDI application framework now includes a printing subframework (which also managed print previews), the Document/View interface was revised and large parts of the resource system were redesigned.
Version 0.3 of the Java MDI framework has been released.
I think that this version is already sophisticated enough to recommend it to brave developers for testing purposes.
