#1 prevent opening of dmixand dsnoop

In ALSA prior to 0.9.6, the closing of dmix or dsnoop plugin is
bugged.
This patch will prevent the alsaaudiomanager to open dmix and
dsnoop during alsa plugin search.
Note that if you applied this patch, you can't use dsnoop and dmix
plugin.

Apply the patch with the following shell commands:
$ cd jmax
$ patch -p0 < patch_alsaaudiomanager.c.txt
