#59 Input/Output audioport

You can only have one audioport with the same name.
e.g. if you have a input audioport named foo and and
output audioport named foo, you will see only one foo
in input (or output depending on audioport creation
date) device in Audio Panel Configuration.
This bug have been found on Windows port but it doesn't
seem to be platform dependant.
