Hello, I am trying to install jMATLAB in a linux PC (Fedora 7) using the second install method suggested on your website and running into the following problem. Error: "No features found on the selected site(s). Choose a different site or category" [OK] Error: "An internal error occurred during Update Manager" I am using eclipse (3.2.2-15 for Fedora 7) and the following: eclipse-gef-sdk i386 3.2.1-4.fc7 fedora 1.2 M eclipse-ecj i386 1:3.2.2-15.fc7 updates 7.3 M eclipse-gef i386 3.2.1-4.fc7 fedora 2.2 M eclipse-platform i386 1:3.2.2-15.fc7 updates 30 M eclipse-rcp i386 1:3.2.2-15.fc7 updates 14 M Then, I was able to install it with a workaround, but when I go to JMatlab Preferences I get: # Error: "Unable to create the selected preference page. # Reason: # Plug-in org.jmatlab.platform was uanble to load class # org.jmatlab.platform.preferences.JMatlabPreferencePage" I realize your website alludes to jMATLAB being developed and supported on Windows, but any pointers or suggestions you have will be very much appreciated! If I get it working under Fedora 7, I am willing to share my installation steps for the benefit of others. Thank you. JMB |
