#81 Add Descriptions or Notes to apps and clusters

In addition to assigning a "nice name" to apps,
clusters and Managed Objects as you can now, it would
be useful to allow the addition of a longer descriptive
text or note as well.

This could then appear in the summary pages either as
extra text or as a tooltip on the links. It would be
useful for those users who are not so familiar with the
setup to find their way around the correct objects.

Could combine well with 1199447 search/filter
functionality if you could also search on the notes fields.
