Add support defining DataFormat implementations for
specific CompositeType's.
E.g.: for Composite type
"java.lang.management.ThreadInfo" in JDK1.5,
we could display output like:

Name: main
State: TIMED_WAITING
Total blocked: 0 Total waited: 0

Stack trace:
java.lang.Thread.sleep(Native Method)
JConsoleTest.main(JConsoleTest.java:13)

    CompositeType formatters can now be defined similar to the
    following formatters:

    CompositeTypeFormat.java.lang.management.ThreadInfo=org.jmanage.core.management.data.jdk.ThreadInfoFormat
    CompositeTypeFormat.java.lang.management.MemoryUsage=org.jmanage.core.management.data.jdk.HtmlMemoryUsageFormat

    Also improved the way arrays were being handled.
