#50 Add to Application, etc, via Wildcard Reference

1.0 Release
Jess Holle

There are many cases where an one or more interesting
MBeans can be "well" specified by ObjectName pattern
(or more generally ObjectName queries), but not by an
explicit ObjectName.

By "well", I mean that details in the names of the
MBeans may change with JVM restarts or other changes.
Also, the number of MBeans may change over time or from
run-to-run. Finally, it is obnoxious to have to
individually "add" numerous related MBeans rather than
just specifying an appropriate ObjectName pattern.

jManage's "add to application", "add to application
cluster", etc, should allow at least allow ObjectName
patterns to address this issue. Ideally more general
ObjectName queries should eventually be allowed so that
more precise selection can be made, but ObjectName
patterns should suffice initially.
