#1 GUI localisation for Germany

Hi,

as you use the JGraphics-Toolsets, a localisation is partially included. Thus running JMagallanes ends in a mixture of (little spanish) during login, english for the OLAP GUI and German for the Graphics.

I've just created a Sourceforge account. Supposed you are interested in participation from my side, I would offer translating the language File and maybe check if can model into your traslate Class a dynamic localisation feature (with default to english, if localisation table is not available for OS-localisation)
