We have moved all our source code from the good old CVS to brand new distributed git. It was not without pain, we had to use the svn in between, but finally we managed to do it without loosing the code history...

A new version of the Eclipse Camera Plugin is out.
I now includes all required libraries itself so they do not have to be downloaded separately.

A windows only pre-release of the IEEE 1394 Java Native Interface for DC is out now.
JLibDC1394 provides a Java API for controling 1394 Digital Cameras. The pre-release comes with a alpha version of the interfaces and one full implementation based on a Windows driver.
A small Java Swing example application demonstrates the basic use of jlibdc1394.
Besides this release a first version of net.sf.jlibdc1394 was released. This is a Eclipse RCP plugin on top of the

Merging started between jlibdc1394 (Posix) and j1394cam (32bit Windows). The project admins agreed about the conditions and set the plan for the merging.
A new release and the CVS files are uploaded for further development.
